I use timewrap (as or dmg rune) + powerhungry and zeis instead of audacity, explosive blast and taeguk. I reached gr100 this season pretty easily so once you got some decent gear it shouldnt be a problem with any vyr archon version. I play it a little different to your version but it for sure is able to clear gr70s. You wont need CoE til like 115-120s probably.I play vyrs archon every season since it came up and before I played the tal archon version. The build has a lot of damage so you wont be slowing down anytime soon so its fine if you build a bit defensive in your skills/passive. Due to Zodiac ring your cooldown will be really low so you can use it multiple times, make sure to pop it for damage(near as many mobs as possible) right before you hit archon. In tight corridors you can use it to block a lot of in coming mobs. Utilizing Black Hole not only for damage but for displacement on the mobs. Make sure your CDR is around 55% give or take. Make sure to wear the shield enhancing bracers and not Nephs(you can use nephs for easy rifts though) Make sure to use things like Karini with storm armor, passives like Blur or Galvanizing ward. Your 2nd form archon is where you'll start to begin doing damage it isnt til your 3rd form that you should be consistently dealing damage for the most part. From there get your Chantodo stacks up as high as you can to 20 and try to get your black hole off on the group of mobs right before you hit archon for those stack buffs. Damage isnt really important in this phase, make sure you position yourself in a safe spot when you're about to drop out of archon. Use that time to gather groups of mobs if possible and get your stacks up. When you enter the rift, popping archon will help you survive any surprise projectiles or leaping death attacks.
